Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition.

To initiate a return or request a refund, pleased contact us at alpinesoftwareco@gmail.com with your order number. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
